The original target changes to the model that triggered Redirection. Yorgawth must attack another model other than the model that triggered Redirection with his Momentum ability. This can be the original target of his attack.
Can Yorgawth's Unbreakable remove conditions applied by enemy models?
Yes, Conditions applied by enemy models are considered Tokens (Markers) and can be removed by Unbreakable. Note that Unbreakable cannot be used to remove Knock Down since models cannot use Active Abilities while suffering Knock Down.
