Leech occurs at the end of Step 5 in the Attack Process. Torin’s Effigy Power occurs before this step. Players take Damage from their EP first, and then Heal back damage from any Leech ability.
Note that models cannot perform an advance or charge action, however, they can be pushed. It is possible for them to move out of Stone Grasp's melee range via executing combat manoeuvres. Models can also be placed to escape Stone Grasp, as this is not an Advance or Charge action.
